For 10 years, Tanay served as a leading business management consultant for one of the Big 4 consulting firms in the world. She partnered with government organizations such as the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Her consulting centered around multi-million-dollar people management initiatives, and she was the best on her team. However, she started to feel the need for a shift, desiring to serve people in a different way.
That’s when she contacted me. She knew the shift she wanted to take, but she didn’t feel she could take the leap alone because she had little to no direct experience. Her next career move? Marriage and Family Therapy.
While she thought she had no experience, through my career coaching services, I was able to help her land a spot in one of the top Marriage and Family Therapy schools in the country.
She is now becoming a Marriage and Family Therapist while also working with local nonprofit organizations, helping bring to life their counseling and mental health initiatives.
I was able to connect the dots of her consulting expertise, childhood story, volunteer experience, and passions to help communicate how she would make an ideal amazing marriage and family therapist. Together, we crafted the perfect story, and I provided personalized strategies for how she could guarantee her spot in the interview.
Your story will always connect the dots. But, sometimes you need a communicator and coach to provide you the strategy needed to secure your next position.
